Line Rental & Installation

What is it?

Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) allows us to save you money on your BT line rental costs by buying lines wholesale from BT and passing on the savings to you. There is no change to your line (it is still maintained by BT Openreach), the only thing that changes is you are billed monthly in advance by Option Telecom at a lower rate than BT usually charge you. We can provide virtually the whole range of lines and network features, including installation of new lines, and changes to your existing lines. We do both analogue and ISDN2/ISDN30 (digital).

How long does it take?

There is a standard 10 working day switchover period during which time you will probably receive a letter from your current provider.
