For businesses and organisations looking to fix their telephony costs, or who are looking at upgrading or replacing they telephone hardware, Option Telecom have a fixed cost service that includes all your numbers, telephone hardware and calls, all for a fixed monthly fee!
The inclusive call package is based on Siemens and Cisco VoIP technology and comes in two flavours, a 5 and a 10 user system, with the option to add additional handsets. (Subject to broadband line performance). Each package includes installation and set up at one site with a range of local or national telephone numbers for direct dial and a “Gold “telephone number as your main contact number.

- 5 x Cordless multi line IP Phones (Siemens Gigaset S450) – choice of others available
- 1 x Main Gold Regional number plus 9 further numbers to be used as Direct Dial numbers
- 1 x 0844 number providing Fax to Email service
- 10 x Regional local numbers for advertising (Yellow Pages etc.)
- Installation of dedicated IP connection to run phone services
- Managed Router and switch to connect IP phones
- Installation at customer site and system configuration
- Dedicated conference number allowing up to 10 people per conference
& - Unlimited calls inbound and outbound *

Pricing
5 User package
£249 Installation & setup plus £195 per month.
Additional users can be added for £39 per month.

£449 Installation & setup plus £390 per month.

Restrictions
Unlimited Calls * Fair usage policy
All calls < 30 minutes in duration to UK numbers are included in the call package except for calls to premium number ranges (087x, 09x, 070x) which will be charged separately.
All calls < 30 minutes in duration to International destinations are included except for calls to the certaion locations..
All durations of calls > 30 minutes will be charged additionally.
Router to be used for phones only.
Installation cost is for a single office site only. Installation at additional offices sites are at extra cost.
Not all locations will have a suitable broadband connection.
